Terms of Service

Effective August 4, 2026

These Terms of Service govern use of the Venture Forge online store and purchases made through it. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy and Return and Refund Policy.

Store and products
Venture Forge offers original digital downloads and selected physical products. Product descriptions, images, prices, availability, and delivery information are provided on the applicable product page. Colors and appearance may vary by screen. Digital products do not include physical goods unless the listing expressly says otherwise.

Orders and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless the store displays another currency. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown before payment. Shopify and its payment providers process checkout. We may decline or cancel an order when a product is unavailable, pricing or listing information is materially incorrect, payment cannot be authorized, fraud is suspected, or fulfillment is not possible. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue the applicable refund.

Inventory and fulfillment
Inventory is updated through Shopify and, for selected physical products, connected suppliers. Physical delivery estimates are estimates and may be affected by carrier or supplier delays. Digital products are delivered electronically through the store’s digital-delivery service. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate email and shipping address.

Returns and refunds
Returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the Return and Refund Policy published on this store.

Permitted use
The store and its content may be used only for lawful personal or business purchasing purposes. You may not interfere with the store, misuse checkout, attempt unauthorized access, scrape protected account information, transmit malicious code, or use store content in violation of intellectual-property rights or applicable law.

Digital product license
Unless a listing states otherwise, a digital purchase grants the buyer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use. Files may not be resold, redistributed, sublicensed, posted publicly, or represented as the buyer’s original work. All other rights are reserved by Venture Forge or the applicable rights holder.

Third-party services
The store uses Shopify and may use suppliers, carriers, digital-delivery providers, and payment processors. Their services may be governed by additional terms and privacy practices. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and do not make Venture Forge responsible for third-party content or services.

Disclaimers
Products and services are provided as described on their listing and to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the store will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Venture Forge is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the store or a product. Any direct liability is limited to the amount paid for the order giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law does not allow that limitation.

Changes
We may update these terms to reflect store, product, legal, or operational changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
